Data controller

The publisher is established in the United Kingdom and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The data we collect
We only collect what we need to prepare your quote and digital proof, produce and ship your order, and reply to you.
- Your quote request: model, height, quantity, event date, project description.
- Your contact details: name, company or organization, email, phone, then shipping and billing address if you order.
- Your logo or artwork file, attached to the form or sent by email: it is used for the digital proof and the print file.
- Order data: accepted quote, approved digital proof, payment, shipping, correspondence with you.
- Payment data, processed by our payment provider if you pay by card: we never see or store your card number.
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you from page to page.
Why we use it
- Preparing your quote and digital proof

- Fulfilling your order
- Digital proof, production, shipping, invoicing, after-sales service. Legal basis: the contract.
- Replying to your messages
- Email, phone, WhatsApp. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Legal obligations
- Keeping invoices and accounting records. Legal basis: the law.
Who receives your data
- Our manufacturing partner: it receives the print file, and the shipping address when it ships directly.
- The carrier: name, address and phone number for delivery.
- Our payment provider, if you pay by card, on its secure page.
- Our messaging tools: email, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) if you contact us through that channel.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and routes the quote form to our inbox. The website fonts are served from our own server: no data is sent to Google when you visit the site.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests without an order, files and correspondence
- 3 years after the last contact
- Orders, invoices, digital proofs
- 10 years, the retention period for accounting records
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, the restriction of its processing and its portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email contact@inflatablecolumn.com or call +44 7488 845524. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, United Kingdom, ico.org.uk.
Security and hosting
The website is served over HTTPS and hosted by Cloudflare, which operates a global network; transfers of data from the United Kingdom to the United States are covered by the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. The quote form and its attachment are sent to us by email and are only accessible to the people handling your request.
